There are any number of castaway items that would be invaluable to our farm & garden operation and enjoy a second life. Here are just a few ideas; if you have other items on hand that you think might be of use, please don't hesitate to contact us!
Tuff Shed for use as our new chicken coop
T-posts (they look like this; we need posts at least 6' in length)
plastic planting trays and plug trays
plastic gallon pots
bulb crates
large Rubbermaid bins
5 gallon buckets, with or without lids
large baskets
garden tools
scrap lumber or wood siding
1/2 inch or 3/4 inch PVC piping (for making cold frames/hoops)
4 mil or 6 mil plastic (Visqueen is fine, and cheaper than greenhouse plastic)
composted manure (horse, alpaca, sheep, steer or rabbit)
wheelbarrow or garden cart
garden hoses
equipment: working subcompact tractor, wheel hoe, rototiller, implements for tractor or horse use (such as a plow or harrow)
