We're always looking for great volunteers who want to be farmers for a day!
Join us for volunteer days at the farm Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting in April and running until October.
We need help planting, weeding, harvesting, and packaging our veggies. You'll get an inside look at how we keep the farm running and learn some valuable organic farming techniques from your farmers. And you will walk away with a free lunch and a lot of gratitude from the Star Acre Farms team!

Bringing your kids, family, and friends to a volunteer day
Assist in running stands at First Fridays, farmers’ markets, and other events
Spreading the word about our farm in your community, city, and county
Lending or donating tools and supplies (learn more here!)
Buying a CSA share
Sponsoring a CSA share by paying half the cost of a regular share so we can provide a lower-cost share to someone in need
Offering Design, photography, marketing, or other digital skills for our website and newsletters
Soliciting or donating greenhouse growing space or tool sheds
Helping start seeds, plant, weed, harvest, wash, and pack
Bringing your kids, family, and friends to a volunteer day
